Education Platform (Fatih Project)

Project Description

FATIH is a Turkish Government project to give every student a tablet. The tablets had to be secure and remotely manageable, and tablets and smartboards had to connect to each other so the teacher could manage both during a lesson.

Challenge

The difficulty was managing many devices in one session, depending on the class and lesson, and managing every tablet delivered.

What I Did

• Partners and teachers interviews
• Creating end-users journeys, stories, flows for requirement
• Creating admin users journeys, stories, flow for requirement
• Creating wireframe for student, teacher, smartboard app
• Customize device management platform for requirement
• Advising partners on Android Honeycomb OS customisation
• Advising a digital agency on the UX/UI design of the class automation system

What are the goals of the project?

The Turkish Ministry of Education wanted students and teachers to learn easily and adapt to technology in digital education.
